Refund policy

Returns. Unopened cases and bags in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first at 323-880-0899 or through our contact page, and we will send return instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be accepted. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless we made an error.

Non-returnable items. Because our straws and cutlery are food contact products, opened bags or cases cannot be returned. Custom printed wrappers, special orders, and free samples are also not returnable.

Damaged or wrong items. Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will replace it or refund you at our cost.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
